The end of the year is closing in on us. The Palos Verdes luxury home market began the year strong, cooled off during the summer months and enjoyed a resurgence during the late fall.
I define the luxury home market as those homes priced at or above $3,000,000. There are currently 46 Palos Verdes luxury properties for sale. Thirteen high-end homes are in escrow with accepted offers. Fifty-three Palos Verdes luxury residences have sold year-to-date.
