The Palos Verdes luxury home market slowed a bit during September but six homes on the Palos Verdes Peninsula priced over $2,000,000 sold during the month of September 2013. There are currently eight homes in the luxury price range in escrow and 66 Palos Verdes luxury homes for sale.

Here is the breakdown of luxury home market activity by location:

Rancho Palos Verdes: Active: 27 Luxury homes for sale. Pending Sales: Three Rancho Palos Verdes luxury homes are in escrow with accepted offers. Sold: One luxury home in Rancho Palos Veres sold during the month of September 2013.  

Palos Verdes Estates: Active Listings: 21 Luxury homes are for sale in PVE. Pending Sales: One luxury home is in escrow with an accepted offer. Sold: Four Palos Verdes Estates luxury homes sold during September 2013.

Rolling Hills: Active Listings: 15 Rolling Hills luxury homes are currently for sale. Pending Sales: Two luxury homes are in escrow. Sold: No sales over $2,000,000 to report for September 2013.
