The Palos Verdes luxury home market slowed a bit during September but six homes on the Palos Verdes Peninsula priced over $2,000,000 sold during the month of September 2013. There are currently eight homes in the luxury price range in escrow and 66 Palos Verdes luxury homes for sale.

Here is the breakdown of luxury home market activity by location:

Rancho Palos Verdes: Active: 27 Luxury homes for sale. Pending Sales: Three Rancho Palos Verdes luxury homes are in escrow with accepted offers. Sold: One luxury home in Rancho Palos Veres sold during the month of September 2013.

The most expensive home sale on the Palos Verdes Peninsula for the month of June sold for $5,000,000. The property located at 968 Paseo La Cresta had a spectacular view, was in need of some updating and was on the market 81 days.
